When we wanted to add on to our old, quirky cottage, Julia was able to digitize the existing building and show us the look and feel of the proposed addition in 3D. She was great in managing the selection process of a builder who turned out to be excellent. She also has been great in working through the detailed change orders that always come up when renovating an existing structure. She is very detailed and has a very good eye.
Julia helped us turn a very small family room/den into a useful three season room. Julia advised us on additional windows and how to select the correct sized windows for the space. At the same time, she suggested we expand the entry and add 2 sets of beautiful interior and exterior sliders. The results are wonderful and we highly recommend Julia and her design team.
