Owners were looking to renovate the family home where they grew up. During a discovery process the existing structure was deemed unsuitable for renovation and it became a new construction project.
Keeping within the original footprint, the small home of 2,800 square feet was designed to feel spacious while framing gorgeous water views. Highlights include a two-story atrium to bring in more light and a steam room with dog wash area located in the garage.
